    • Limited Sliding Scale Available at a first come first serve basis. I will evaluate based on your self report in a best attempt to be equitable in application of reduced fees. Let’s talk about it, money can be an awkward conversation to have and it’s an important one. If there is a need for using in-network benefits or reduced fees lower than I’m able to offer I am happy to provide referrals. My top goal is to support you in finding the healing space that is the best fit for you.

    • Each appointment is reserved time for you and the work necessary for me to come prepared is done in advance, therefore I require at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments—outside of a true medical emergency up to your therapist’s discretion.

    • Since I am also human and understand that life happens I offer one late cancellation or rescheduling per client.

  • • You can use your HSA, FSA, credit card or debit card. Each session is charged the evening of the appointment

  • • It happens! Austin feels like a small world at times. I will always follow your lead. To protect your privacy and out of an abundance of protection of your confidentiality I will not initiate greetings in any way. If you choose to say hi, I will happily return the greeting! There is no pressure and please know I will be prioritizing your privacy in navigating any out in the ‘real wold’ interactions.

  • In an effort to balance access we are currently paneled with Aetna via Headway.

  • Call the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about out-of-network mental health benefits. Here are the key questions to ask:

    Essential Questions:

    1) Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?

    2) Are my out-of-network benefits subject to a deductible? (Do I have to meet my deductible in order for the out-of-network coverage to kick in. Most plans will, some you don't so it's an important question).

    3) What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much has been met this year?

    4) After my deductible is met, what percentage does insurance cover for out-of-network mental health services?

    5) Is there an annual limit on out-of-network mental health benefits?

    6) Do I need a referral or prior authorization for out-of-network therapy?
