EMDR Trauma Therapy for healing, integration and wholeness…
Helping you step out of reactionary survival patterns and into a way of moving through the world that aligns with the truest version of yourself

You might identify as:
growing up with a complicated family dynamic that might still feel…complicated (had a childhood where you felt like you had to grow up fast, or become “mature for your age” out of necessity)
Feel both “not enough” and “too much”
Constantly put other’s needs above your own—which can sound like: “I can’t feel okay if I know someone is upset with me” or I can’t be okay if I know they aren’t okay even if it means doing something that pushes my body beyond the boundaries that feel okay
Cycle breakers: wanting to let go of hard to break behaviors and beliefs about out yourself
Tired of being the “strong one” who always seems to remain calm in crisis but struggles to pause and rest
High achievers who feel like they still don’t feel “enough”— chasing the high of the achievement only to feel empty instead of fulfilled
feeling ready to go deep to the roots of what’s been going on for a minute (you might have a solid understand of where the attachment wounds come from or are able to identify how the way you were raised continues to show up currently and are ready to get at the roots of the pain)

EMDRIA Certified Therapist™My approach to Therapy: I am a trauma trained, attachment based therapist that is rooted in holistic practices to help treat you as a whole person. Whether it’s using newer evidence based modalities such as EMDR or more ancient therapies like acupuncture, I’m always seeking to employ the best therapies for my clients to help them reclaim their true selves.
At the heart of my work, I am providing a safe space for folks to do the hard relational healing work of learning how to feel safe in their bodies and relationships. Together, we can co-create a safe environment to challenge the survival strategies you might be carrying into new ways of moving through the world; one that aligns with the life you want to live.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is relational and real while holding you as the expert in you, I might be a good fit. I will challenge and call hard patterns into question while honoring your autonomy and innate wisdom of your world. I always strive to bring warmth and compassion to each session, and will hold the delicate parts of your story while also bringing play and humor into the room.
Ultimately, my goal is to partner with you in looking at deep patterns, learned truths, and things you might be holding onto that you’d like to change. Together, we can co-create a space that feels safe enough to show up differently and practice building new patterns and ways of being that you want to bring into your life.
